Privacy policy

Last updated: 18 July 2026. This policy describes how KYDO AB (org. no. 559535-5107) processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we process

When you contact us by email or form we may process name, company name, email address and what you provide in the message. When you visit the website, technical logs and anonymised statistics may be collected (for example page views) to understand how the site is used.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Contact and quotes: to respond to enquiries and discuss possible assignments (legitimate interest or contract / steps prior to a contract).
  • Web statistics: to improve the website using aggregated, privacy-friendly measurement (legitimate interest).

Retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purpose, for example during an ongoing dialogue or according to accounting and contractual requirements. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with suppliers who help us run the website, email or IT, under agreements that protect the data. Transfers outside the EU/EEA only take place with appropriate safeguards when necessary.

Your rights

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and in some cases data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Please contact us first via kontakt@kydo.se and we will help you.
